– Returns & Cancellations: We generally do not accept returns or cancellations once an order enters production unless the item is defective or incorrect.
– Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a printing defect, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the damaged part along with proof images. Please contact us at support@aarvu.com within 48 hours of delivery; otherwise, replacements cannot be processed.
